Privacy Policy of PB Services
This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information about the User that PB Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “pbservices.ge”) receives and intends to receive in the future from the User during use of and visits to the website with the domain name pbservices.ge (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
PB Services conducts its activities on the Website in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated December 28, 2011 (as amended, hereinafter referred to as the “Law of Georgia on the Protection of Personal Data”).
This Privacy Policy regulates the grounds for collecting, processing information and personal data provided by the User, as well as legal means of their protection. PB Services notifies Users that the Privacy Policy is subject to update; therefore, the User is obliged to periodically review this information on the Website. The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the pbservices.ge Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
1. Terms and Definitions
In this Privacy Policy, the terms are used in accordance with the Law of Georgia.
PB Services — the administration of the pbservices.ge Website authorized to manage the Website, organizing and/or carrying out the processing of personal data, and determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data.

2. General Provisions

4. Subject Matter of the Privacy Policy
4.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of PB Services to not disclose and ensure the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides when working with the Website.
4.2. When visiting and using the pbservices.ge Website, the User may be requested to provide the following personal data: name, surname, email address, telephone number, physical address, legal address, company name, and other information necessary for service provision.
4.3. PB Services also automatically collects the following technical information from Users: IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views, and Website navigation paths.
4.4. PB Services has the right to use the received Information and personal data to provide the User with information about services, news, advertisements, promotions and offers posted on the Website.

5.2. PB Services may disclose information when it deems it necessary to protect the rights of the User and/or to secure any legal action, court decision/order or other legal process against PB Services.
5.3. PB Services may engage third-party service providers (including hosting providers, analytics services, and cloud service providers) to process data on its behalf, provided that such providers ensure adequate protection of personal data in accordance with Georgian legislation.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, PB Services immediately informs the User about such incident.
5.5. PB Services takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
6. The User Has the Right
6.1. To request from PB Services information regarding the processing of his/her personal data;
6.2. To request the correction, updating, addition, blocking, deletion and destruction of his/her personal data;
6.3. Without giving reasons, at any time, to withdraw consent given and demand the termination of data processing and/or the destruction of processed data (if there is no other legal basis for data processing);
6.4. To file a complaint — if the User believes that data processing does not comply with the Law of Georgia “On the Protection of Personal Data,” he/she may apply to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or to the Tbilisi City Court.
6.5. PB Services, within the legal period after receiving the User’s request, is obliged to correct, update, supplement, block, delete or destroy the data, or inform the User about the reason for refusal.
7. Protection of Personal Data
7.1. Personal information provided by the User through the pbservices.ge Website is confidential and is not transferable to third parties without legal grounds.
7.2. PB Services guarantees that the information and personal data provided by the User will not be used for purposes prohibited by law.
7.3. Disclosure of personal data to third parties may be carried out only in cases of emergency, at the request of the relevant authority, or in cases provided for by the legislation of Georgia.
7.4. PB Services is obliged to take necessary and sufficient technical and organizational precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with standards commonly used in the industry.
7.5. PB Services has the right to block personal data relating to the relevant User based on a written request from such User.
8. Responsibility
8.1. The User is responsible for the completeness, reliability and timeliness of updating the information and personal data provided, in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
8.2. The User is obliged to protect his/her personal information from disclosure to third parties. PB Services is not liable for damage caused to the User if the User independently transferred/disclosed his/her personal information to any third party.
8.3. PB Services, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
8.4. In case of disclosure of personal data, PB Services shall not be liable to the User if the personal data:
8.4.1. Became public prior to loss or disclosure by PB Services;
8.4.2. Were obtained from a third party prior to receipt by PB Services from the User;
8.4.3. Were disclosed by PB Services with the consent of the User.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. All disputes and disagreements between PB Services and the User related to this Privacy Policy will be resolved through negotiations. If no mutually acceptable solution is reached through negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
9.2. The current legislation of Georgia applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between PB Services and the User.
